​Job Title: Lead Professional Cleaning Technician (1 position open)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Lead Professional Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves performing high-quality residential and commercial office cleaning services throughout the Greater Capital District of NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and deep cleaning as needed.

• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations.

• Travel to various job sites within the Greater Capital District with reliable transportation.

• Interact professionally with clients while maintaining a judgment-free and helpful attitude.

• Handle and care for client property respectfully, including working around pets in a comfortable and friendly manner.

• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Maintain communication with team members and supervisors to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites.

• Prior experience in cleaning, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.

• Excellent judgment-free customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Comfortable working in environments with pets.

• Must be in good physical condition and able to:

• Stand, kneel, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

• Push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour ($22/hr while training)

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
